Sanding & Prep
Armor components were sanded smooth and gap-filled to remove any print lines or surface flaws. Edges were refined to match the comic-accurate silhouette of the suit.

Painting
Custom paintwork brought the pieces to life using metallic blues and matte blacks, with subtle gradients and edge highlights to add realism and catch light during movement.

Assembly & Attachment
The chest, back, and gauntlet pieces were mounted using a hidden strapping system and industrial Velcro for secure, flexible wear. The back piece flows directly from the chest plate for a seamless wraparound look, complete with a sculpted bird-head centerpiece that ties the full design together.
