A PEEK INTO THE PROCESS – The GOLDEN DEVIL
Pattern Design
Every element of the suit was designed from scratch, with all custom patterns created in Adobe Illustrator. The digital layout allowed for precise symmetry and clean, layered detailing across the full body armor.

Cricut Detailing
Using a Cricut Maker, the Illustrator patterns were cut directly onto foam sheets, translating digital precision into tangible form. Each detail was carefully transferred and assembled to bring the suit’s unique aesthetic to life.

Foam Work & Assembly
Foam pieces were shaped, carved, and heat-formed to add dimension and edge. Components were then glued and layered strategically, building up the suit’s structure while maintaining flexibility and mobility.

Helmet & Eye Glow
The helmet was fully 3D printed and sanded for a smooth, clean surface. To create the signature gold glow, a pair of gold-tinted sunglasses were installed into the eye sockets, giving the mask an intense, supernatural look with real light diffusion.
